My name is Victoria D’Ariano – I just turned 23 years old and my passion and heart lie in fitness. I love everything about this sport and lifestyle and believe it will be a part of me forever. Regan Grimes and myself have turned the love for fitness into a career as we opened a 14,000 square foot gym in London Ontario called FlexPlex Muscle and Fitness. I competed in my first Figure competition in 2013 at the UFE Showdown and took home 1st place along with the Women’s Figure Overall. About 8 months after this show I started working with Team T-Rex coach Adam Headland and he completely changed my physique. I switched to competing with the Ontario Physique Association (OPA) and competed in the Luchka O’Brien Competition in Mississauga this past May (2015) and placed 2nd in the Figure C category, qualifying myself for Provincials. I then competed in the Ontario Provincials three weeks later and placed 2nd in Figure Class B qualifying myself for Nationals. I took this year’s nationals off, as I need to add size to my physique. I am currently in preparation for Nationals in 2016, working closely with Adam.
