    List your top 3 tips on training, nutrition or contest prep

    1. Gradual moves are the way to go when making diet adjustments. Give yourself time to get in shape and gradually decrease your caloric deficit. Drastic moves usually backfire.
    2. Don’t be afraid to train heavy during contest prep. Heavy weights using a rep range of 6-10 will help to retain muscle mass while dieting.
    3. Time and consistency are the two secret ingredients for success in my experience. Nothing happens overnight.
